Today’s theme was all about Resilience and the HEART Method, and I couldn’t wait to hop off the call and get these thoughts down for you.

During the call today, we broke down how these five pillars support a life of resilience:
- H – Health: This is your first wealth. Without a body that can perform and a mind that is clear, your bank account doesn't really matter. We look at physical vitality as the foundation of your financial capacity.
- E – Energy: How are you showing up? Energy isn't just about caffeine; it's about the vibration you bring to your work and your family. JPE Health and Wealth Advocates teaches that high energy leads to high-impact decision-making.
- A – Alignment: Does your spending reflect your values? Does your daily schedule reflect your health goals? When your actions align with your "Why," friction disappears.
- R – Restoration: You cannot pour from an empty cup. Resilience requires rest. We discussed the importance of restorative sleep and financial "breathing room" (aka your emergency fund).
- T – Transformation: This is the result. When you master the first four, you don't just change your habits; you transform your entire legacy.

One of the best parts of Mission Thursday is "Stories from the Field." This is where our advocates share what’s actually happening on the ground: in the living rooms and over the kitchen tables of the families we serve.

One advocate shared a story about "Sarah," a single mother of three who was drowning in debt and suffering from chronic stress-related migraines. By applying the HEART method, Sarah didn't just start a debt-repayment plan; she started a wellness plan.
