Weekly Outline:
Week 1 — Hydration
Theme: “Start with the basics: nourish your body so your mind can follow.”
This week focuses on restoring the body’s natural balance through proper hydration. Participants learn how water affects mood, energy, clarity, digestion, and emotional regulation. Simple hydration habits are introduced to create an immediate sense of renewal and control.
Week 2 — Exercise
Theme: “Movement is medicine.”
This week introduces gentle, accessible movement to activate the mind‑body connection. The focus is on consistency over intensity — walking, stretching, breathing, and mobility. Participants learn how movement reduces stress, boosts confidence, and supports emotional healing.
Week 3 — Abstinence
Theme: “Create space by removing what drains you.”
This week centers on temporarily stepping away from habits, substances, or behaviors that cloud judgment or disrupt emotional balance. It’s about clarity, discipline, and reclaiming control. Participants choose one area to abstain from and track the mental and physical shifts that follow.
Week 4 — Replenishing
Theme: “Pour back into yourself intentionally.”
After clearing space, this week focuses on adding nourishment — spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Participants explore practices that restore joy, energy, and inner peace. This includes nutrition upgrades, rest rituals, affirmations, and supportive relationships.
Week 5 — Timeout
Theme: “Pause, reflect, and reset.”
This week teaches the power of intentional stillness. Participants practice stepping away from chaos, overstimulation, and constant doing. Through reflection, journaling, and quiet time, they learn how to reset their nervous system and protect their peace long‑term.
