Introducing Jacqueline Primrose, Owner JPE Health and Wealth Advocates

Jacqueline Primrose is a dedicated and experienced Health and Wealth Professional, Educator and Advocate. As the founder of JPE Health and Wealth Advocates, Jacqueline leverages her extensive background in health, financial, and technology industries to empower individuals, particularly women, to reach their full health, wealth, and professional potential.

LIFE EXPERIENCE:   Through faith and perseverance, Jacqueline has overcome many challenges that plague many female residents from inner city neighborhoods, such – lack of resources, teen pregnancy, sexual abuse, crime, and lack of encouraging and empowering community resources to go on to achieve over 20 years of work experience in Information Technology,

Jacqueline recently retired in 2025 after 10 years in Pharmaceuticals, 10 years in Data Analysis for HHSC, and 5 years in project and contract management with HHSC Actuarial Analysis and Finance. Jacqueline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology, was formerly earned her Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certification, Certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition Coach, licensed in 5 states as a Life and Health Insurance Agent, and is Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM).

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:  Jacqueline’s career highlights include being the first black woman to serve as Manager for the Airlines Reporting Corporation’s Carrier Accounting Office, first African American Woman to receive PhRMA’s President’s Employee Excellence Award.  She served as treasurer of PhRMA’s Employee Investment Club, as the Secretary of the Exhibits Committee for Executive Women of Texas Government. First black and woman to join Dell’s Complex Linux Server team. She has also contributed her leadership skills as the Marketing Director for Armadillo Avenue Toastmasters, Austin Chapter.

CHARITABLE SERVICE:   Jacqueline’s mission is to assist as many people as possible in understanding how money works and making money work for them. She is passionate about financial literacy and actively volunteers with the African American Youth Heritage Foundation, Manor ISD, Vision Communities Centers in Manor, and serves on the events support team for Celebration Church. Jacqueline conducts financial literacy workshops in schools, libraries, and non-profit organizations, and is passionate about ensuring underserved communities understand the various ways to build wealth and stay healthy.

SELF-CARE: In her personal time, Jacqueline enjoys time with family, writing, cooking, reading, watching movies, traveling, and gardening. She has been in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ since 1972 and loves sharing her faith with others.
