HEART Method: Health and Wealth Balance
Have you ever felt like you’re winning in one area of your life while completely losing in another? Maybe your career is soaring and your bank account is growing, but your health is taking a back seat: you're exhausted, stressed, and surviving on caffeine. Or perhaps you’ve mastered your fitness routine and feel great, but financial stress keeps you up at night, wondering if you’re actually building a legacy.
For years, I pushed myself to succeed—first in the pharmaceutical world of D.C., then in the fast‑paced Texas tech boom. I earned degrees, certifications, promotions, and opportunities, but I also carried the same frantic mindset from place to place. The result was stress, burnout, weight gain, recurring health issues. I had to take responsibility for my own healing. That decision changed everything.
Through intentional self‑care, nutrition, mindfulness, and what I now call the H.E.A.R.T. Method—heal, elevate, align, restore, transform—I renewed my health from the inside out. In just a few months, I increased my energy, strengthened my immune system, improved my mood and focus, and even reversed several years of stress‑related symptoms. After months of consistently applying this method, my doctors told me my body was functioning like someone 15 years younger.
While focusing on health; I ran across System Builder and learned how to fix the gaps in my financial situation. This is an area that many of my wellness clients expressed needing to improve in also. That's how I realized that there was a need to connect the dots between health and wealth. Not long after working on this, I created the HEART Course.

In my years of coaching, I’ve seen that these two pillars: Health and Wealth: are not separate. They are deeply intertwined. You cannot enjoy your wealth if you don’t have your health, and it’s incredibly difficult to maintain holistic wellness when financial instability is causing constant cortisol spikes.
That is why I developed the HEART Method. This isn't just another coaching program; it’s a streamlined, 6-week journey designed to bring your physical well-being and financial foundation into perfect alignment. We aren't just looking at numbers on a spreadsheet or calories on a plate; we are looking at the heart of how you live your life.
The HEART Method Breakdown
The HEART Method is built on five core pillars that address the root causes of imbalance. To achieve true empowerment, we must move through each stage with intention.
H – Heal
We all have them. Maybe it’s "retail therapy" when you’ve had a bad day, or skipping the gym because you’re overwhelmed by bills. Healing starts with awareness. We dig into the "why" behind your habits. Are your spending patterns a reaction to stress? Is your lack of physical activity a symptom of burnout? In this phase, we stop the bleeding and begin the process of emotional and practical recovery.
E – Energize
Energy is the currency of life. If you are physically drained, you cannot show up as the CEO of your household or your business. We focus on nutrition, hydration, and movement that fuels you rather than exhausts you. Simultaneously, we look at the "energy" of your finances. Money should flow toward your goals, not leak out through hidden fees and high-interest debt. When you energize your body, you find the clarity needed to energize your bank account.
A – Align
Do your daily actions reflect the person you want to become? Many of us intend to save for retirement or intend to run a 5k, but our schedules say otherwise. This pillar is about closing the gap. We create a strategic plan where your calendar and your budget finally reflect your true priorities.
R – Restore
Balance isn't a destination; it’s a practice. This is where we implement the "Wealth Formula" and holistic health routines that can withstand the storms of life. We focus on building your emergency fund, securing proper protection, and establishing stress-management techniques that keep you grounded when things get chaotic.
T – Transform
Transformation is the result of consistent, aligned action. By the end of this journey, you aren’t just "better": you are different. You move from a state of overwhelm and confusion to a state of confidence and legacy-building. You start to see the compound interest of your efforts in both your fitness and your finances.

Your 6-Week Roadmap to Alignment
The HEART Method is a structured, 6-week intensive designed for the busy woman who is ready to take back control. We don't believe in "quick fixes." We believe in sustainable systems.
- Week 1: The Pulse Check (Introduction)
We begin with a deep dive into your current state. We grade your health-wealth balance and identify the primary stressors holding you back. Transparency is key here: we look at the bank statements and the biometric data without judgment. - Week 2: The Deep Clean (Healing)
Focusing on the "H," we identify the dysfunctional habits that have become your default. We implement immediate strategies to break cycles of emotional spending and sedentary behavior. - Week 3: Fuel & Flow (Energizing)
We introduce the "Fuel your health" principles. You’ll learn how to eat for sustained energy and how to make your money work harder for you through basic financial literacy. - Week 4: The Blueprint (Aligning)
This week is all about the "Wealth Formula." We look at debt management and investment basics while aligning these financial moves with your physical health goals. If you want to live to be 100, you need to make sure your money lasts that long, too. - Week 5: The Fortress (Restoring)
We build your safety nets. This includes establishing an emergency fund, reviewing insurance/protection, and mastering the art of the "mental reset" to prevent burnout. - Week 6: The Legacy (Transforming)
Finally, we look at the big picture. How are you funding your legacy? We finalize your long-term action plan so that the progress you’ve made becomes your new normal.
Building a Solid Financial Foundation
Part of the HEART Method involves understanding the mechanics of money. Just as there are fundamental laws to biology and health, there are fundamental laws to wealth. Many of us were never taught how money actually works: we were just told to "save it."
But saving is only one piece of the puzzle. To truly strengthen your wealth, you must understand:
- Proper Protection: Ensuring your family is safe no matter what happens.
- Debt Management: Learning how to stop paying for your past so you can fund your future.
- Emergency Funds: Creating a buffer so that a car repair doesn't derail your health goals.
- Investments: Understanding how to outpace inflation and taxes.

Candidly speaking, the reason most people fail at their New Year’s resolutions is that they try to change their behavior without changing their environment or their mindset. The HEART Method changes everything. By addressing health and wealth simultaneously, we eliminate the friction that usually stops progress. When you feel physically strong, you have the confidence to tackle your debt. When your debt is under control, you have the mental space to focus on your nutrition. It’s a beautiful, upward spiral.
