1. Confidentiality of Client and Workshop Interactions
JPE Health and Wealth Advocates – HEART (the “Company”), owned by Jacqueline “JPE” Primrose, is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all participants. This confidentiality notice applies to all client coaching sessions, group workshops, events, consultations, surveys, and one-on-one interactions (collectively, the “Services”).
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal health and wellness history
- Financial data
- Debt, credit, income, and budgeting details
- Personal goals and challenges
- Any other sensitive or personally identifying details shared in a coaching or workshop setting
The Company, including its owner, employees, contractors, coaches, facilitators, and volunteers, will keep client information confidential and will not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the client’s explicit written consent, except as required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
2. Group Workshops
In group settings, the Company encourages participants to respect each other’s privacy. However, the Company cannot guarantee confidentiality of information shared between participants.
3. Anonymized Data
The Company may use anonymized/aggregated information (that does not identify you personally) for program improvement and quality assurance.
4. Proprietary Content
All course materials are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced or distributed without express written consent.
5. Recording Prohibition
Audio or video recording of workshops or coaching sessions is prohibited without prior written authorization.
6. Duration
Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely, even after Services end.
7. Professional Disclosures
Health & Wellness
Our coaches are not licensed medical doctors, psychotherapists, or registered dietitians. Information is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Financial Education
We provide educational tools and literacy, not licensed investment, legal, or tax advice. Financial decisions are the client’s sole responsibility.
Assumption of Risk
Participants voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity or lifestyle changes.
