For years, I pushed myself to succeed—first in the pharmaceutical world of D.C., then in the fast‑paced Texas tech boom. I earned degrees, certifications, promotions, and opportunities, but I also carried the same frantic mindset from place to place. The result was stress, burnout, weight gain, recurring health issues. I had to take responsibility for my own healing. That decision changed everything.

Through intentional self‑care, nutrition, mindfulness, and what I now call the H.A.T.E.R. Method—hydration, abstinence, timeout, exercise, and replenishing—I transformed my health from the inside out. In just a few months, I increased my energy, strengthened my immune system, improved my mood and focus, and even reversed several stress‑related symptoms. My doctors told me my body was functioning like someone 14 years younger.
